Don your best camo running shorts (or not) and head to Anytime Fitness Farragut July 20 at 8:30a.m. for the Couch to 5K Strength Training orientation, covering:

- What to expect
The Couch to 5K Strength Training program prepares you for the Marine Mud Run September 21 at Melton Hill Park. Anytime Fitness team members already signed up for the Marine Mud Run can take advantage of the Couch to 5K Strength Training program for only $75 for all sessions.
Not signed up for the Marine Mud Run but still want to get in the best shape of your life in only eight weeks? You are welcome to sign up for the Couch to 5K Strength Training for just $100 for Anytime Fitness members and $120 for non-members.
Hurry! Training starts July 27 from 8-9a.m. at Anytime Fitness. We have space for two teams of 10 with a possible option of a third team if we have a high level of interest.
