Anytime Fitness salutes the Motivated Insomniac.

Anytime Fitness salutes the Motivated Insomniac. The late shift heavy-bag (punching bag) abuser. The 5 miles at 3 in the morning superstar. The night-shift dominators. These are the champions of the Stalk Your Quarry Trail Race coming up this June 2nd in Knoxville, TN.

Let’s face it, not everyone can make it to the gym at 6 in the morning or during rush hour traffic in the middle of the evening. Some of us have dinners to prepare, homework to help and bedtime stories to read.  But, when the kids are asleep, the night belongs to mom and dad. (In alternating week night shifts or with a baby sitter. Anytime Fitness does not support leaving your kids at home alone to go to the gym.)

Maybe your issue is that you don’t feel comfortable working out in public just yet, but you’re interested in getting started on a low impact workout, start with yoga at home and take advantage of your own private oasis during our late-late evening hours.

Whatever your reason that’s been holding you back ends this Memorial Day Weekend. There are no options, there are no obstacles.

Visit our Farragut fitness center. We’re open 24 hours a day for your convenience.

The change starts today. The change starts with you.

Anytime Fitness Farragut thanks you for reading our blog post today!
